We had a PERFECT stay in Ballygawley right by the castle. Everything was overall clean, met the demands.

I felt like a queen strolling through the beautiful garden, pretending it was my own estate. Visiting the Sligo County Museum felt like a workout, but I needed it after devouring all the delicious food.

Oh, I just love slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, don't you? So refreshing to disconnect from the world and practice my patience.

The location was really handy, just a short walk to Strandhill, Sligo, and Castle Dargan. The building was very comfortable.

Misleading description and lack of security. the lack of security was concerning, as there was not enough keys provided for each guest and one guest even left their key in the front door.

The beds were so comfy, it was like sleeping on a cloud! And the rooms were absolutely spotless, I've never seen anything cleaner! Plus, the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending at Markree Castle. We had no problem finding parking and the communication with the staff was excellent. We also loved that there was free wi-fi and a shared kitchen available. And if you're into hiking or golf, there's a golf course nearby and some beautiful hiking trails. They even allow pets, which is a huge plus for us! And to top it all off, there's a strict no smoking policy on site. We had such a fantastic stay, we can't wait to come back again!
